The location was perfect! the staff were all very friendly and helpful . they welcomed me with coffee and a brownie. Such a thoughtful touch! the hotel's closeness to the astronomical clock was convenient. i could easily reach metro stations in about 3 minutes.

it was just a tiny thing, but the coffee maker in the room made a bit of noise.

the staff was kind and very accommodating. the location was AMAZING, i could easily walk to many attractions. the breakfast offered a delicious selection, i enjoyed it! the room was very pretty, designed with a unique jewel theme.

the entrance was a bit small, but this did not detract significantly from my overall experience.

the rooms had refillable tea and coffee amenities, a touch i really appreciated each morning. bedtime stories with sweets were provided every evening, what a tender gesture that created a nice experience. these little attentions enhanced the quality of my stay.

breakfast included many choices, it made each morning something special. the hotel breakfast opened to the public at 9 am, it became very busy so it's better to arrive early to guarantee a seat. the food was SIMPLY divine!!!
